The Solution
SRE-grade CI/CD pipeline with full Infrastructure as Code on AWS
We delivered a full DevOps consulting engagement on AWS using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and ECS. Every pull request got its own ephemeral preview environment. Production deployments used blue-green switching with automated rollback triggers based on CloudWatch error-rate alarms. All infrastructure was codified in Terraform with state stored in S3 and locking via DynamoDB, giving the team a fully auditable, reproducible cloud setup.
The Outcome
Zero-downtime deploys and 60% infrastructure cost reduction
The team went from one deployment per week to three per day within a month. Deployment time dropped from 45 minutes to under 8 minutes. The last major incident triggered an automatic rollback in under 90 seconds, with no human intervention needed. Infrastructure costs dropped 60% after right-sizing was applied as part of the Infrastructure as Code migration.
