SRE ยท AI-Native ยท Partner-Led
Most infrastructure problems do not announce themselves. They wait for the worst possible moment.
The fundraise. The enterprise demo. The launch your team spent six months building toward. That is when fragile infrastructure stops being a background anxiety and starts being a business problem. Coneixedor exists because that moment is entirely preventable.
How we think about infrastructure.
Three principles that shape every decision we make on every engagement.
Reliability is a design choice.
Systems do not fail randomly. They fail predictably, at the seams nobody thought about carefully enough. We design infrastructure with failure modes in mind from day one.
AI-speed demands AI-native infrastructure.
Bolting AI onto a traditional stack is the single most common infrastructure mistake. Every pipeline, runbook, and deployment pattern we build is designed for the way AI-driven products actually operate.
Accountability cannot be delegated.
At Coneixedor, the partner who assessed your infrastructure is the partner who builds it and runs it. Every architectural choice is made by someone accountable for the outcome. No juniors. No handoffs.
Why Coneixedor exists
Krati did not build Coneixedor because she had a business idea. She built it because she kept watching the same thing happen.
Working closely with engineering teams across multiple startups, she saw the same sequence play out repeatedly. A brilliant founding team. A product that genuinely worked. Momentum building in exactly the right direction. And then, at the moment that mattered most, infrastructure that was never designed for where the product had grown to.
The firms that could solve this were built for enterprises with large teams, long timelines, and unlimited budgets. The freelancers who could afford startup rates were solving tasks, not owning outcomes. Nobody was doing what actually needed doing: bringing Google-grade SRE thinking to AI startups at startup speed, with a single person accountable for the result. So Krati built that firm.
"Working closely with engineering teams, I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant AI products built on infrastructure that was never designed to hold them. Most infrastructure advice comes from people who have never been the one accountable when the system fails. That accountability is what Coneixedor was built around."- Krati Gaur, Founder

Why the name
Coneixedor is a Catalan word. It means the expert who knows deeply. Not the expert who knows broadly. Not the generalist who has seen everything once. The one who has gone deep enough in a specific domain to know what others miss. To see the failure mode before it happens. To design for the edge case that everyone else deferred. That is the standard the name commits us to. And the standard your infrastructure deserves.
A personal note from Krati
"Every founder I speak to is carrying something they should not have to carry alone. The background anxiety of infrastructure that was built for where the product was, not where it is going. I built Coneixedor specifically so that founders do not have to carry that. Not because I can guarantee nothing will ever break. But because I can guarantee that when something needs attention, I am the first call, not the last resort. That is the commitment I make on every engagement. Not as a service level agreement. As a personal standard. If that is the kind of partner you are looking for, the first conversation is free and it takes thirty minutes."- Krati Gaur, Founder, Coneixedor Technologies
